Application
FLEXTEL® H05VV5-F is a cable for signalling and control systems. It is especially suitable for connecting industrial equipment and machine tools. Due to its properties, it is recommended for robotics and light mobile uses. Its special vinylic outer sheath compound is particularly resistant to mineral oils and other chemical agents. It can be installed in either dry or humid environments.

-
Being very performant cables there are, however, certain precautions that must be taken into account during installation:- Always respect the bending radius of the cable. Radius below the minimums indicated can cause damage or breakage in the outer sheath.- Precautions design of the laying. It is necessary that the laying of the cable is done in a careful way, taking care not to damage the outer sheath in irregular areas, sharp edges, etc.- Fixings/Fastenings. Adapt fastenings so that the cable adopts a natural position in the laying to avoid stress concentration in the outer sheath. Allow a certain degree of freedom of movement in order to absorb possible movements produced by temperature variations.

TOPDRIVE® VFD (EMC) 2XSL(ST)CH-EMC 0,6/1 kVc
-
TOPDRIVE® VFD (EMC) 2XSL (ST) CH-EMC 0,6/1kV cables excel in industrial facilities by minimizing electromagnetic noise emissions through superior symmetrical shielding and their flame-retardant, halogen-free design significantly reduces smoke and toxic gas release during a fire, enhancing both operational integrity and personnel safety.
-
TOPDRIVE® VFD (EMC) 2XSL (ST) CH-EMC0,6/1kV cable ensure long-term stability against thermal aging and mechanical stress, guaranteeing sustained performance and reliability over the lifespan of a fixed installation.
-
TOPDRIVE® VFD (EMC) 2XSL (ST) CH-EMC 0,6/1kV cable is specifically engineered to suppress capacitive leakage currents and dampen reflected wave phenomena, ensuring reliable motor operation and protecting against damaging voltage spikes. A 3+3 configuration in a VFD cable utilizes three main power conductors alongside three symmetrically arranged grounding conductors, which provides a balanced impedance path for common-mode currents to effectively cancel out electromagnetic interference.
